Terrorism, Messianism and Fundamentalism:
Challenges to Middle East Peace. A Lecture By Dr. Ehab Abunuwara
September 16, 7 pm.

Ehab's presentation examines how the search for peace in the Holy Land blends modern and ancient histories, challenges religious convictions and questions political conventions. With dramatic changes in Iraq, Lebanon and upcoming elections in Egypt, the search for democracy and freedom is hanging in the balance through the Middle East. President Bush's Road Map for political settlement between Israel and the Palestinians offers the best and maybe last chance for solving the conflict and tipping the balance toward a brighter future and away from fanaticism and terrorism for the whole region.
